Registration Information
- All classes are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up early!
- Registration fee includes educational sessions, conference materials, breaks and meal functions (please sign up for the meals you plan on attending)
- Thursday's lunch will be served in the Exhibit Hall and Friday's lunch will be served at the Business Meeting/Luncheon.
- Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration and will include directions to the Marriott.
- Registrations received after September 30, 2009 and on-site will be subject to an additional $20 fee ($10 for students).
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 30, 2009. An administrative fee of 25% will be retained for cancellations received prior to September 30, 2009. All refunds will be issued after the completion of the conference.
- CEUs: Certificates will be awarded by the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association.
- New this conference will be your opportunity to download and print course handouts prior to the conference! All registrants will be given a link to access handouts from the WPTA website.
- Limited enrollment courses are open to PTs and PTAs and attendees must attend both days of 2-day courses.
It is the position of the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association that course material is directed toward an audience of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and PT/PTA students. Participants may only use the course material if it falls within their scope of practice. In addition, elements of the course used for patient/client management may only be defined as physical therapy when performed by or under the supervision of a physical therapist in accordance with American Physical Therapy Association.
