Position Opening!

  • All classes are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up early!
  • Conference registration includes continental breakfasts, morning and afternoon breaks, luncheons, Welcome Reception, Business Meeting, Exhibit Hall and conference materials.
  • Registration deadline is October 10, 2011. After that, plan on registering on-site with an additional $20 fee ($10 for students).
  • Refunds less a 25% administrative fee will be given if requests are received prior to October 10, 2011. No refunds will be given after October 10, 2011. All refunds will be issued after the completion of the conference.
  • Attendees will receive contact hours for courses attended in their entirety. These contact hours qualify as continuing education as defined by the Wisconsin's Department of Regulation and Licensing. See course descriptions for specific contact hours.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We're replacing paper course handouts with electronic versions. Handouts will be available online only, but ALL course handouts will be accessible before, during and after conference. Registrants will be given the link with their Conference confirmation.

It is the position of the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association that course material is directed toward an audience of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and PT/PTA students. Participants may only use the course material if it falls within their scope of practice. In addition, elements of the course used for patient/client management may only be defined as physical therapy when performed by or under the supervision of a physical therapist in accordance with American Physical Therapy Association.

By registering for this event you are giving us permission to take photos, videos, etc. for use in promoting the conference or the association as we see appropriate.

 

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Kalahari for registrants and their guests.

Rates are $109 single/double (each additional person beyond double occupancy is 15.00.)

Be sure to make your reservation by contacting the Kalahari at 877/253-5466 by September 11, 2011.

Check-in is after 4 pm and check out is prior to 11 am. Room and rate availability cannot be guaranteed after September 11, 2011.
