Limitations

The WPTA website will accept advertising for employment opportunities and educational activities. Miscellaneous listings for such items as used equipment or practices for lease/sale, fellowships/scholarships available, networking or volunteer opportunities available, etc. will be accepted. Product advertisements are not accepted but may be advertised in our PT Connections newsletter, published quarterly.
Editorial Policy

All advertisements must conform with the ethical standards and policies of the APTA and the WPTA.  The WPTA reserves the right to decline any advertisement considered contrary to, or in conflict with, APTA/WPTA bylaws, policies, or Code of Ethics.  The appearance of an advertisement on the WPTA website does not constitute or imply endorsement of an employer or of an educational activity by the WPTA. WPTA does not verify the accuracy of an advertisement.
Pricing

Website Advertising Rates: Prices reflect a one calendar month appearance on the WPTA website.

* 10% discount for each additional month

Bonus Offer: Web advertisers may simultaneously place a classified ad in the next available issue of PT Connections (WPTA’s print newsletter) at a 10% discount. Contact the WPTA for ad rates.

Copy Responsibility: Submission of copy is the responsibility of the advertiser.

Advertisements are usually processed and posted on the WPTA website within 2 or 3 business days of receipt of your complete order.

Member Login Page

The member login page on wpta.org (open page here) represents a funnel by which all members must pass to get to 50% of the wpta.org webpages. A majority of WPTA membership ranks the online member resources as "major" benefit of belonging to the association. This page receives over 300 impressions daily, directed specifically at current membership and future members. Only 1 (300px X 100px) ad spot is available at any one time.

Reaching nearly 2000 Physical Therapy professionals each mailing.

PT Connections offers an effective and timely method of marketing your company or facility to the physical therapy population of Wisconsin. We encourage you to use this medium to your advantage. It is an excellent way for recruiters, equipment vendors, course sponsors, and others to inform the physical therapy community of Wisconsin of their services.

The publication reaches over 2320 physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and physical therapy students in Wisconsin. PT Connections is published four times per year (January, April, July, and October).

PT Connections is published quarterly. The rate schedule features a 10% discount with a four issue agreement - with full payment due the first issue the ad appears in.

Notices for Continuing Education courses are accepted for the Continuing Education Calendar at $35.00/listing which will list the date, time, instructor, course name, location, and contact person for each seminar. Additional information will not be accepted for this listing. If you wish to promote your seminar with more detail, please submit the information for inclusion in the advertising section of the publication.

Small classified ads (maximum of 75 words or less) without any graphics or logos are also accepted at $35.00 per listing.

Would your organization like mailing access to over 2320 Physical Therapy professionals in Wisconsin? Do you need access to private practicioner, hospital department managers, equipment buyers? Then the WPTA mailing list may be the venue you need. Please find details and application below:

Purchase Policies
  • The list is for a one time use only.  The list cannot be copied or reproduced in any way.
  • Each company / individual requesting labels must fill out a form indicating the use of the list as well as a signature stating agreement to the restrictions.
  • The fee for processing the list is $0.20/name.
  • There is no charge for official WPTA events, such as district meetings, membership events, etc...
  • The turn around time is 3 to 5 business days.
  • Association individuals who request that their addresses not be released will automatically be removed from all lists.
  • The WPTA mailing list is printed on pressure sensitive laser labels.
